All staff who have access to school sites and test materials are required to complete Test Security Training 2 times per year.
Test Security Training #1
Test Security Training #1 will take place at the beginning of each school year, or when new staff onboard throughout the school year.
All certified staff (Admin, Counselors, Teachers, EAs, and Ancillary staff) must watch the linked Test Security Training - Certified Video presentation, sign and submit their 2023/2024 Staff Confidentiality Form and sign in with their site office manager, principal, or supervisor verifying the date they completed training.
All non certified staff (Cooks, Custodians, Office Managers, and Warehouse staff) must watch the linked Test Security Training - non-certified video presentation, sign and submit their 2023/2024 Staff Confidentiality Form and sign in with their site office manager, principal, or supervisor verifying the date they completed training.
Test Security Training #2
Test Security Training #2 will take place at the beginning of Semester 2.
Certified Staff will be required to complete Test Security Training via Canvas.
Non Certified staff will once again watch the Test Security Training - non-certified video
