Sundevil Holiday Camp - 2025 Cheer Celebration
Spread some holiday spirit at our Sundevil Holiday Cheer Camp for ages 4–14! The $80 registration fee covers snacks, craft supplies for our parade float, a Santa hat and cheer bow, participation in the Light Parade, and admission to the 12/23 game.

Cameron Martinez Sundevil Invitational Reminder
As we celebrate our student athletes participating in the Cameron Martinez Sundevil Invitational, we kindly ask for your support in ensuring they remain in class until their scheduled game time or the end of the school day. Maintaining full attendance is essential to their academic success and is a requirement outlined in the Student Athlete Handbook.
We truly appreciate your partnership in prioritizing education and your cooperation in not signing students out early, as doing so results in an unexcused absence. Thank you for helping us support both the academic and athletic growth of our students.

As we enter the holiday season, EVHS remains committed to supporting our families. Our school food pantry—along with two additional food pantries located within the district—is available to assist any household facing food insecurity or needing extra support.
If your family is experiencing challenges or could use assistance during the holidays or any time, please reach out. Support is available confidentially, compassionately, and without judgment.

Girls & Boys Basketball Tryouts will be November 18-19. Girls tryouts will be from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Boys will be from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Please ensure that you have a completed physical examination/form and that you have completed all necessary forms in Rank One. Go Sundevils!

We’re excited to announce the recruitment for our statewide Youth Voice 2025–2026, a paid virtual internship for young people aged 16–24 who want to use their creativity and voice to make an impact in New Mexico and beyond.
From October 2025 through April 2026, Youth Voice interns will:
Create and share media projects across podcasts, zines, video, photography, art exhibitions, and digital platforms
Meet with policymakers and community leaders
Learn and apply community organizing principles
Lead locally while shaping conversations statewide
This is not only a chance to lean into leadership and grow as a changemaker, but also a powerful way for young people to build their resumes with meaningful, real-world experience.
⚠️ Recruiting is only until the end of this week, and spots are limited. Please apply as soon as possible. Students can contact Lisa at lisa@futurefocusededucation.org.
